Company Profile
Arthur J. Kaufman Sales Co. was founded in 1965 by Arthur J. Kaufman. At its inception, the company trading area was concentrated in southern New England and rapidly expanded its coverage to all of New England and subsequently to the upstate New York territory.
The companys marketing strategy has always been primarily focused on food service packaging and related products of paper and plastic disposables. The Kaufman Sales group was a pioneer in the sales and marketing of many of the products that today are considered the preferred packaging choice by the food service industry.
Additionally, the company has always been recognized not only as a leader in their trading area, but also nationally in the food service packaging industry. They were one of the first companies in the industry to go to computerization, and today the software that they authored is in wide use in their industry.
The company and its experienced employees price themselves on their professionalism and their vision to continue to service their customer base and the principals they represent with the same high level of performance and integrity in the future as they have in the past.
